Community Needs Assessment

In late March 2024, the Coalition to Cure CHD2 reached out to CHD2 families to fill out a community needs survey. We received 140 responses from 22 countries and 26 states in the US. It was evident that families wanted us to focus on research, help with resources about what to expect from the disorder and for their doctors, and you also told us that you wanted family and regional conferences...so get ready for the next family and scientific conference in 2025!  We are excited to share some results with you, below. 

Following our Meeting of the Minds scientific conference in May 2024, the CCC Board took a day and a half to focus on developing a strategic plan for the next three years, and used the results of this assessment to help develop our priorities. We look forward to sharing the final priorities when the document is finalized.
